We are very happy with the results of this project. Before the implementation of the system, we were using different applications and manual workflows for various office operations, which sometimes caused delays, duplicate work, and operational mistakes.
Since transitioning into a centralized ERP system, our operations have become much more organized, processing has become faster, monitoring is easier, and overall workflow efficiency has significantly improved across departments.

The Challenge
Costan was utilizing multiple standalone applications and manual workflows across different operational areas, resulting in fragmented processes, operational delays, duplicate entries, and reduced workflow visibility between departments.
The company needed a more centralized and efficient system capable of streamlining operations, improving coordination, reducing manual errors, and providing better access to real-time operational data.

A centralized ERP ecosystem was designed to unify core operational processes into a single integrated platform while maintaining flexibility, scalability, and ease of use for day-to-day business operations.
Alongside the ERP platform, complementary digital assets including the company website and corporate profile were also developed to establish a more cohesive and professional digital presence for the company.

The Solution
A custom-built Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) web application was developed for Costan to centralize and optimize business operations within a unified digital environment.
The system integrates multiple operational departments into one connected platform, helping improve workflow organization, operational monitoring, processing speed, and overall efficiency across the organization.
The project also included the development of the corporate website using WordPress, together with the design and production of the company profile and presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and AI-assisted creative workflow tools.

The Impact
